SOUTHBANK CENTRE CHRISTMAS MARKET 2014
Southbank Centre Christmas market has become a regular feature on this stretch of the riverside. It is usually thronging with people. When I took these pictures back on November around 5pm, it was unusually quiet. You can see the stalls and gives you another view of market life. And notice how vital the mobile phone is, as if you didn’t already know.
The Merry Go Round was the only place with punters. Mainly young women taking selfies.
